Orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once we ship your order. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@frankys-hats.com

International Shipping

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Returns

Returns must be made within 10 business days of delivery. The returned hat(s) must be unworn and complete. Please note - customers will not be refunded for the shipping costs. Franky's store credit will be given for the retail price of hat(s) purchased.
